The 5/13/2016 Planning Commission Hearing will specifically pertain to the differences between the Comprehensive Plan draft code dated April 6, 2016 and the draft code dated April 28, 2016.
Key changes between the earlier and later drafts relate to the addition of code revisions for “reasonable measures”, which are proposed in response to a recent Growth Management Hearings Board order. Other modifications in the later draft included removing a proposed change to density calculation methodology, and removal of specific zoning categories from the use tables.
